For those who like tranquil and relaxation methodes of practise – there is program of ours yoga and thai-ti (tai-chi) seminaries In the frame of those You can also start from zero kondition and knowledge – in the age of 6 or 8-th years of age to 108 years ! :-)
The same thing apply to curses and individual lessons of YOGA AND HATHA-JOGA and chineese health and martial art practise CHI-KUNG AND THAI-TI (CHEN THAI-TI CHUAN).
Theese tradicional methodes – i.e. yoga and chi-kung (thai-ti) – are widely known as the best for development of health, force and vitality – INDEPENDENTLY on the age of practicioner ! – This is the reason, why we chose theese systems as the main content of our group practise.
Together with theese methodes mainly for wellness and fitness – I teach within the „Garuda centrum“ project also practical self-defense UMEI TAIJUTSU, which – similar to others activities in our practise is not limitated by age, despite of its destructive focus it is more atractive for younger generation. :-)
From the combination of european athletics and fitness methodes together with asian yoga and chi-kung principles was created my original VITIHOTRA FITNESS PROGRAM. This program is the best method for quick gaining of good physical condition. This program is strongly recomended only for absolutly healthy applicants!
Everyone (from 8 – to 108 years of age) is welcome – who wants to spend a nice evening, attend our seminars, or individual lesson with me.

VITIHOTRA FITNESS PROGRAM !
I would like to inform You about my
continuing fitness program ! :-) It runs at fit-center on Prague 5 and
therefore is not bounded to the good weather.
It and runs by the form of individual lessons (or max. lessons for two) at fit-center on Prague 5.
This program has a long history of its development – it uses classical athletic and bodybuilding ways together with principles of cchi-kung and yoga. And as the other ways of practise in the frame of garudacentrum.cz project – it is maximally complex.
Program includes heatening practise, and komplex reinforcement and slimming of whole body.
The important part of this program is training plane and food consultation.
In the frame of several „INDIVIDUAL LESSONS“ is possible to discover important principles of my genial system.
The „COPLEX TRAINIG SERIE 10ד is enough for understanding my whole system to all important details!

In the beginning we practise „Cchi-kung of
five elements“. Then yoga-streching. After this comes the classic forms of Zhu
Tiancai Cchen Tchajti Cchuan – „collecting the silk“ metod, 13 forms,
74 forms, tchuej-sou in couples.
Apart from lessons in the center we have many seminars.
It is also possible to contact and use individual lesson or lessons in small groups (to 8 people) in the beautiful nature of natural resevation in Prague 5.

3) SELFDEFENCE – UMEI TAIJUTSU
In this lesson we
first do some streching and yoga heatening. Then we practise „gymanstic“-
taihenjutsu and practise of „falling technics“ – according to the level
of your abilities
Second part of lesson is selfdefense applications and s selfdefense applications and methods according the system UMEI TAIJUTSU. Apart from pracise without weapons – we also practise with tanto-knife an hanbo-half-staff.
Because this is modern form of selfdefense – the usage of japaneese way of fight with sword (boken) – we understand as a instrument for application for similar technics with modern weapons (knife, stick)
We also accept critical points of wiew. :-)
